With a strong background in accommodation procurement across the sports and corporate sectors, he has worked closely with leading hotel brands such as Marriott, Accor, and IHG. His experience spans the full spectrum of hotel categories, from budget to mid-range and luxury properties.
In parallel, Nielvin has built a solid career in the airline industry, representing multiple international carriers and gaining deep insights into travel trends, customer behavior, and destination marketing. This dual perspective has given him a comprehensive understanding of the travel ecosystem, from flights to hotel stays, and the growing importance of digital content in influencing booking decisions.
Through his work, Nielvin identified a clear gap. Many hotels were underutilising video content as a strategic marketing tool. Leveraging his industry knowledge and passion for storytelling, he launched a hotel video production company designed specifically to meet the needs of the hospitality sector.

Originally from Japan, Yosuke brings a refined eye, technical precision, and cinematic discipline to every project. With a strong foundation in both videography and photography, he does far more than capture beautiful visuals, he crafts complete visual narratives.
Yosuke specialises in storyboard development, ensuring each production has a clear direction before a single frame is filmed. His ability to translate a hotel’s identity into a structured visual journey is what sets his work apart. From concept planning and shot mapping to seamless execution on-site, every detail is intentional.
A highly skilled drone pilot, Yosuke captures dynamic aerial perspectives that elevate properties beyond traditional hotel visuals. Whether it is sweeping coastal resorts or urban rooftops, he understands how to frame architecture, landscape, and atmosphere in a way that feels cinematic yet authentic.
In post-production, Yosuke’s editing expertise truly shines. His pacing, colour grading, transitions, and storytelling rhythm ensure that each final video feels polished, immersive, and aligned with the hotel’s brand positioning. His meticulous approach to pre and post-production guarantees efficiency on location and excellence in delivery.

Now based in Cambridge, England, Vicario works closely with our team to ensure each production achieves a refined and professional audio finish.
His involvement means every video we produce is paired with music that genuinely reflects the atmosphere, personality and positioning of your hotel. All tracks are his original compositions, giving you complete peace of mind with fully licensed, royalty free music and no ongoing usage concerns.
